Triangle

For math´s yesterday we did this triangle thing were we got into groups and we made this triangle with numbers. some triangles had to connect to each other to make 10 not lower or higher this was hard and fun the hard part was making the number 10 the easy bit was making the triangle here it is:

Marbles

In math's two weeks ago we did this marbles thing were they tried to trick you we had to figure out the pattern each ten marbles are 50 grams how did I figure this out? when you watch the video in the top right corner it say 10 marbles 350 grams onto 40 marbles then it took out all the marbles and said 0 marbles 300 grams (the cup is 300 grams)

10 marbles= 350 grams
20 marbles= 400 grams
30 marbles= 450 grams
40 marbles= 500 grams
the cup= 300 grams

Brain teaser.

Today for math's. We had to do a brain teaser after we blogged our jellybeans. It was easy. so the first and second cards had to add up to 15 (10. 5) the second and third card had to add up to 20 (15. 5) the third and fourth had to add up to 23 (15. 8) . then the fourth and fifth cards had to add up to 16 (8.8)
then the fifth and sixth cards were 18 (10. 8) the last one's were sixth and seventh 21 ( 10.11)

Jelly beans Groups

For math's we made blocks/jellybeans. Into groups, this was fun, we had to get eight jellybeans and put them into groups. I found it hard to keep on pressing enter in stop motion. And easy to make the groups!

Little Red Riding Hood Directions

In Math´s we are learning about coordination´s. We learnt that you say the letter first then the number. Our map was about the story ¨little red riding hood¨. WE had to do 2 things First write down next to the object in what square they are in like B-2 or I-7. Second we had to draw pictures in certain places.

Pigeon impossible

Today in  literacy we watched a short movie called pigeon impossible. It was a film about a pigeon that tried to steal a bagel, from Walter, that was trying to complete a mission. he failed...

we got to choose out of 4 activities. 1. create a wanted poster. 2.  make another mission. 3. make a newspaper or 4. create a comic.

I had to make a picture of the pigeon say a sentence about how much he costs and where you can find him with a word art of WANTED!

for literacy we got to make a fortune teller, we followed a girls instructions and made one. Once we made one we started writing instructions for people to follow.
