(Gems) Old man writing

For literacy we got shown a picture of an Old man. we then had to brain dump on what hes doing. After that we went in our books and wrote down an Introduction to our stories that we were going to make. we went onto our Chrome books and wrote down our introduction along with more parts of the story we were going to make. when we were done the whole story we edited buddy checked and blogged (Right now) The learning behind this was making  good long story with body A.K.A (The parts of the story) i found it hard to come up with the idea(s) the easy part was writing them down. yesterday/Today we did our book cover for our show don't tell books. This was fun we went on Pobble 365 (Link http://www.pobble365.com/) to find our cover for our books. Then we made our own. Now we have to blog post it. the easy thing about this was to get the ideas on the page, and hard to find the cover here is my cover!

Pigeon impossible

Today in  literacy we watched a short movie called pigeon impossible. It was a film about a pigeon that tried to steal a bagel, from Walter, that was trying to complete a mission. he failed...

we got to choose out of 4 activities. 1. create a wanted poster. 2.  make another mission. 3. make a newspaper or 4. create a comic.

I did 1. create a poster
I had to make a picture of the pigeon say a sentence about how much he costs and where you can find him with a word art of WANTED!

The Battle Of Words NOVEL!!

Once again we did a book Novel! ad this is the last one for the term. (I promise!). Author: Heather Christie.

We are reading our last Novel while looking more deeply at the characters by seeing if they get along or not!

My opinion is a 50-50 what I mean is I kinda like it but I don't!

The main character is P.S. Mcguinnety. a girl who doesn't get along with her neighbour very well.

 We had activity sheets that would help us know what the character is like and help us understand words and I Wonders helped us along our way.

my favourite part of the story is when P.S. Mcguinnety squirts her neighbour (C.V Moles worth). it was funny

I kinda recommend this book because it wasn't the best but it was something.

I rate this book a 3-5!

Prediction paragragh!

So for literacy we did an 'Oath" I have talked about this but we got to do our hiding spot outside i've finished that so we did an prediction paragraph for an picture I really enjoyed this I found getting the picture on the doc easy. but focus was a pain! this is my work though:

What have I been doing? Well for Literacy i´ve made a clue bag for Zoomer! (What Is this Zoomer?)
he´s a character from the book rock star and I like it but chapter two wan my favourite. we did a... (well from the title you know what it is) A CLUE BAG!! were we have to put in all the thing´s he´s related to and this is my project for it.
